Terms of Use

The plain-English rules for using WiggleGrid. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

What's free and what you buy

Downloading the app, viewing your layout, planning changes and the compatibility check are free. A one-time purchase ($19.99 at launch; the price at checkout applies) unlocks applying changes and deleting apps for your account, on any supported iPhone you sign in with. It's a personal license to use the app; it can't be transferred or resold. There's no subscription.

Payment

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. They handle payment, sales tax and VAT, and receipts, and their buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.

Which iPhones it works with

Applying changes is switched on only for iPhone models and iOS versions we've tested. Apple updates iOS without notice, so a new version may not work until we've checked it, and we may pause applying changes for a version if we find a problem. We can't promise that every future iOS version will be supported.

Your iPhone and your data

  • The app changes your Home Screen only after you review the changes and confirm. It saves a snapshot first and reads your iPhone back afterwards to check the result.
  • Deleting an app removes the app and its data from your iPhone. Restoring a layout snapshot can't bring it back.
  • We recommend a normal iPhone backup before large changes.
  • Only use the app on iPhones you own or are allowed to manage.

Fair use

Don't try to get around the purchase, copy or resell the app, interfere with our servers, or use the app for anything unlawful.

Updates

We may release updates to fix problems, support new iOS versions or add features. The app checks for updates and asks before installing one. Some features may change over time.

Apple

WiggleGrid is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. It needs Apple's free Apple Devices app (or iTunes) on Windows to talk to your iPhone.

No warranty

We work hard to make the app safe and reliable, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for WiggleGrid in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Ending things

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or chargebacks on completed purchases.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If you live outside the United States, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live. If you have a problem, please email us first; most things can be sorted out quickly.
