If WiggleGrid isn't right for you, get a full refund within 14 days of buying. No questions asked.

How to get a refund

1. Email support@wigglegrid.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Send it from the email address you bought with, or include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt.
3. That's it. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, which processes our orders. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens after a refund

Applying changes and deleting apps are switched off on your account. Your snapshots stay on your PC, and viewing and planning remain free.

After 14 days

If you were charged twice or by mistake, we'll always refund it. For anything else, email us; if the app has stopped working on your iPhone, we'll do our best to make it right. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
